Basic technical knowledge of systems and networks
What will you learn
You will acquire knowledge that will allow you both to know the basics of AWS and, if you already work with AWS, to apply good practices in your day-to-day life that will help you make the best technical decisions based on the demands and requirements of your Company. When you finish this course you will know:
- Create an AWS account from scratch
- Create IAM users
- Create a virtual machine and connect to it
- AWS architecture basics and their history
- Basic networking (creating a VPC, subnets, and firewall rules)
- Create an S3 bucker and assign permissions to it
- Create a MySQL DB in RDS and connect from the instance we have created. At the end of the course we will have a real application running.

- Lab: creation and configuration of an S3 bucket, of a MySQL instance in RDS and configuration of a real LAMP application.

Course aimed at all those IT professionals with previous knowledge in the cloud who wish to learn how to design complex infrastructures in AWS
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of the AWS cloud, systems and networks.

You will acquire knowledge that will allow you to design reliable, scalable, high-performance and highly available infrastructures. When you finish this course you will know:
- Deploy custom instances that self-provision when they boot
- Configure VPCs in advanced mode
- Configure load balancers and autoscaling groups
- Advanced storage: EBS, S3 and EFS
- Create databases with high availability and read-only replicas
- Advanced configuration of Route53 DNS service
- Construct the AWS Cloudfront CDN to Accelerate Web Applications
