Currently, with fourteen people on staff and a continuously growing client portfolio, different needs are beginning to be perceived in terms of the management and structure of the company. Prior to the existence of this position, there was some difficulty in understanding between the development team and the operations team. While the first ones are in charge of launching their code and the second ones maintain it in production, both parties were poorly connected with little knowledge of the code on the part of the operators and little information on the operational and infrastructure practices on the part of the developers. This role is still quite new and its performance may not always be clear, although more and more companies are counting on it.
